Y-Fit is a fun fast paced workout that is focused on functional movements that can be modified to fit anyone’s fitness ability. These workouts are focused on strength days to build muscle, and cardio days to tone up. This is a circuit style workout with all of the exercises being shown on a TV screen. Our coaches will help direct you through the workout and assist with form to make sure everyone is getting a safe and effective workout. If you’re serious about getting results and want to have fun and while doing it, then Y-Fit is the class for you.
All classes are 45 minutes. 12 maximum capacity per class.
