Join the friendly and motivating staff at the YMCA in our group fitness classes. With a variety of classes and formats to choose from, getting healthier has never been easier. Space is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Class days and times are subject to change. All classes can be modified for all abilities.

H.E.A.T (High Energy Athletic Training)

High intensity, interval training at your Bedell Family YMCA. Train like the pros with this interval training program that will keep your body challenged and asking for more. This class will use a variety of equipment and will take place in the Family Gym at the Bedell Y. If you are ready to take your fitness to the next level then look no further!

Dates: Recurring Monthly

Fee: $16 Members, $32 Non-Members

Extreme Interval Training

Get your motor running with eXtreme interval training (XIT)! This class will use free weights, bodyweight exercises and intense bursts of aerobic movements to make your motor redline, then we’ll recover with short rest periods interlaced throughout the workout.

Class Options:
Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5:30am
Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 9:05am
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday at 5:45pm

Fee: Unlimited classes per month $22

Yoga Fusion

We all know about the many benefits of Yoga. Yoga fusion combines traditional yoga poses with strength and cardio movements. This blending of techniques focuses on combining mind and body exercises with the benefits of strength, aerobics, balance and flexibility. Get the best of both worlds with this challenging workout!

Dates: Monthly (1 day per week)
When: Fridays from 9:30-10:15am
Where: Barre Room

YMCA KICK

Kickboxing provides a total body workout that targets core strength and balance for all ages and abilities. The class provides quick and powerful jabs and punches of the upper body with explosive leg kicks of the lower body. This is an overall body strengthening class with the advantage of improving cardiovascular fitness as a circuit paced class.

When: Tuesdays from 6:35 – 7:20pm
